Alexandra Bray

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I completed my PhD in Management at the Yale School of Management in 2023. My research explores team dynamics, workforce well-being, and career trajectories in complex, high-stakes organizational settings.

I received my BA in Sociology from New York University. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked as a junior research scientist on a large field experiment studying educational outcomes in the NYC Public School system. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and baking.
